Course Description:  Sexual harassment has been a common topic of news stories for many years.  While incident reporting has increased, it seems that the actual incidents have also become more frequent.  Unfortunately, the real estate industry is no exception.  The best way to prevent sexual harassment is prevention training.  This course will explore various types of sexual harassment, from multiple points of view: the victim; the harasser; and witnesses.  Options for prevention, reporting and accessing help will also be outlined.

Learning Objective:  By the end of this course, students should be well versed in the types of sexual harassment; familiar with various strategies to prevent incidents; and prepared to offer assistance and direction to those needing help.
