Course Description: The World of Contracts is huge! This course covers all things contract! Students will learn about the types of contracts and cover a brief intro to Contract Law. The essentials of a valid contract will be covered, as well as discharge of contracts. Common real estate contracts will be explored, and information will be provided on options and land contracts.

Learning Objective: By the end of this course, students should be well versed in contract terms; familiar with various strategies to avoid common contract pitfalls; and prepared to represent clients at a higher level.
