I signed up for a course/package… How do I access it?
After logging in (if you have not already), simply click on the “Account” link at the top of the site. Your course(s) will be listed, and you can click on its title to access it.

When will my CE credit show up on IDFPR’s CE Lookup site?
IDFPR requires all schools to submit records of education credits by the 15th of each month, for all credits earned during the prior month. For example: If you completed a course in January, the course credit would be reported to IDFPR by February 15th. NOTE: When IDFPR receives the report with your education credit, it WILL show the correct date of completion. So, if you completed a course on January 20th, IDFPR will show it as having been completed on January 20th, once it gets entered into their system. Keep in mind, it may take a couple of business days for education credits to show up on IDFPR’s site, after they receive the report — meaning that your credits will show up on IDFPR’s site a couple of business days after the 15th of the following month.

Do I have to wait for my CE credits to show up on IDFPR’s CE Lookup site before I can renew my license?
Absolutely not! Once you have received your transcripts (check your spam folder, if you do not see them in your email), accounting for all of the required hours (6 hours of CORE, 1 hour of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, and 5 hours of other elective credits — 12 hours in total), you are immediately eligible to renew your license. IDFPR’s license renewal system is NOT connected to its CE Lookup tool. If you answer “yes” to the question on the license renewal site, regarding the successful completion of all required CE courses, the system will allow you to renew your license. During the next two-year cycle, IDFPR will audit the previous cycle, to make sure that you actually DID have all of your CE completed by the time that you renewed your license. By that time, all of your CE credits will be in their system, reflecting the accurate dates of completion.

My CE Credits never showed up on IDFPR’s CE Lookup site (see reporting schedule, above). Now what?
First, login and click the “Account” link at the top of the site. Check to make sure that the course in question was successfully completed. Then, check the transcript that was emailed to you. Be sure that your license number is correct on the transcript. If the license number *IS* correct on the transcript, but your CE credit is not showing up on IDFPR’s CE Lookup site (see reporting schedule above), please contact us right away! If your license number is not correct on your transcript, see below…

My transcript does not have my license number on it, or the license number is incorrect (or has “N/A” in front of it). What do I do?
Please, contact us IMMEDIATELY! The transcript generated by our system pulls your license number exactly as you entered it into your account here. If you forgot to enter it, or entered it incorrectly, it will be missing or incorrect on your transcript as well. More importantly, your CE credits will *NOT* register with IDFPR correctly! We can correct your account; re-issue your transcripts with the correct license number displayed; and ensure that your CE credits are correctly reported to IDFPR.

Do I have to upload my transcripts to IDFPR?
No. We will transmit a record of your CE credits to IDFPR.

What if I lose my transcripts?
No problem. Simply login, then click on the “Account” link at the top of the site. You will find a link to download the transcript(s) for your completed course(s). Keep in mind: IDFPR only requires schools to maintain records for five years. After that, your transcripts may be deleted to free up digital storage space.

Will I have to take exams for my course(s)…?
That depends on which course you take, and which format it is in…

For our CE courses, you will NOT have any end-of-course exams.

For pre-license courses (for those wishing to become agents), you will not have end-of-course exams if you take a LIVE version of the course (in-person or Zoom). However, if you take a self-paced online-only version of the pre-license courses, you are required by law to complete an exam before earning your course credit (we cannot issue your transcript, until you have successfully passed).

For *ALL* post-license courses (newly licensed agents), it does not matter which format you take the course in… The law REQUIRES a 50-question exam for EACH 15-hour course. So, to satisfy the 45-hour post-license requirements, you MUST complete three 50-question exams. Again, this is state law, and there are no exceptions.
